Clusters supports businesses in the Camborne, Pool, Redruth area to develop the skills of their staff. The funding allows CPR Regeneration to offer financial support to businesses investing in training for their staff. Around £500,000 is available for training across the area. Over 140 businesses and over 1000 employees will be assisted.

The Clusters project is funded by the Learning and Skills Council and European Social Fund (EU Convergence funding) and delivered via the Learning Partnership. The project runs from January 2009 to December 2010.
