CPR Regeneration is facilitating a wide range of projects involving the public and private sectors, and community and voluntary groups.

This activity can be grouped under seven categories as follows: strategic work and masterplanning, physical development, landscape and environment, infrastructure, business development, community development and employment and lifelong learning.

Strategic work and masterplanning

Redruth Action Plan Project
Creating a community supported vision for the economic development of Redruth over the next 20 years.
Tuckingmill Framework
Worked with landowners, agencies, architects and developers to provide an updated plan for development land to the south of Tuckingmill centre.
Trevenson Road Implementation Plan
A plan for central Pool
Dudnance Lane South Crofty Development Framework
Working in partnership with Western United Mines, Cornwall Council and the South West Regional Development Agency to establish a development framework for a strategically important area of land in central Pool.
